We collect and process data from third-party integrations only with your explicit permission:

  • You may post job descriptions directly to your LinkedIn feed
  • Posts include an apply link so candidates can apply via BlueRise
  • No additional LinkedIn data is collected

Microsoft

  • Send recruitment-related emails through Outlook
  • Access your calendar to schedule interviews and meetings
  • Host and record Teams meetings
  • Store and analyze recordings for recruitment insights

Zoom

  • Schedule interviews with candidates
  • Record and download meetings
  • Use recordings for analytics (e.g., supporting recruiter evaluations)

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • Candidate Matching & Recruitment: AI-driven candidate-job matching, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Hiring Process Management: Facilitating recruiter-candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
