• Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform security or performance

4.2 Integrations

• LinkedIn: You may post jobs with an apply link from BlueRise to your LinkedIn feed. LinkedIn’s terms also apply
• Microsoft: You may send emails, manage your calendar, and record Teams meetings. Microsoft’s terms also apply
• Zoom: You may schedule meetings, record, and download interviews for analytics. Zoom’s terms also apply

5. AI-Driven Matching & Recommendations

• BlueRise leverages AI algorithms for talent matching and job recommendations
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability, suitability, or hiring success of any listed opportunities
• Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for hiring decisions

6. Data Collection & Privacy

• Personal data collected through BlueRise is governed by our Privacy Policy
• Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy

7. Fees & Payments

• Certain premium features may require payment
• Payment terms, fees, and refund policies (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before purchase
• Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• BlueRise and its associated content, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount paid (if any) by the user in the past 12 months
