The BlueRise recruitment product by BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd integrates with Zoom to make scheduling and conducting candidate interviews seamless. This guide explains how to add, use, and remove the Zoom app in BlueRise.

1. Adding the Zoom App to BlueRise
2. Log in to your BlueRise account
3. Go to Settings → Profile → Integrations
4. Click Connect Zoom
5. You will be redirected to Zoom’s authorization page
6. Review the permissions requested (schedule meetings, record, download, etc.)
7. Click Authorize
8. You will be redirected back to BlueRise with Zoom successfully connected
9. Zoom is now ready to be used within BlueRise
10. Using Zoom in BlueRise

Once connected, you can use Zoom features directly from BlueRise:

Schedule Candidate Interviews

• Create and send Zoom meeting invites directly from BlueRise

Automatic Recording

• Interviews can be auto-recorded (with candidate consent)

Download & Store Recordings

• Recordings are stored securely in BlueRise for analytics

Interview Insights

• Use AI-driven analytics on recordings to support recruiter evaluation

3. Removing / Disconnecting Zoom

You can disconnect Zoom at any time:

From BlueRise:

1. Go to Settings → Profile → Integrations
2. Click Disconnect Zoom

From Zoom:

1. Log in to your Zoom account
2. Go to App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps
3. Find BlueRise and click Uninstall

Once disconnected, BlueRise will no longer access your Zoom data.
